Why We're Different
With our country’s ever increasing amount of families in serious debt and its ever receding economy, financial issues now rest as the largest burden on many people’s shoulders threatening to bury them alive. How should a Christian practice financial discipline and generosity when so much seems to be at stake with our current economic status? That is where Spirit Fiduciary Partners and Spirit Stewardship Ministries come into play. The mission of these two companies is to teach financial stewardship, family financial values, and ways to make better use of God’s resources through Christian principles.
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and decay destroy, and thieves break in and steal. But store up treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor decay destroys, nor thieves break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there also will your heart be.”
-Matthew 6:19-21
Our Lord tells us through Sacred Scripture that the things of this world decay and only His way is eternal; thus, as Christians managing our financial wealth, it is essential that our hearts always seek first God’s kingdom and His will for our earthly treasures. Easier said than done though, right? With today’s financial demands placed on families and individuals, our finances can easily become overwhelmingly stressful.

View on Money
“Material things belong only to his world. Things have no lasting value and provide no eternal advantage. Therefore one’s contentment cannot stem from things.”
- *Money as tangible and intangible
- *Power of money “spending power”
- *Power to provide for the future
- *Christians are detached from the possessive power of money
- *God does not need money to do what He wants to be and do in our lives. Money need not be a big concern for Christian people, our primary concern will be to be obedient to God by “listening under” His direction in order to determine how and to whom He wants to give through us.
